It’s really happening, so soon!!

Hi friends and family!

How are you? I hope you are well.

So this next step in the Pauley fam journey (introduced in last blog post), is fast approaching and it is really happening! AGH Joyful Joyful!! Josh’s last day of work is Sept 17th & his first day of new work is Oct 1st.

God is so specific about timing, right?! My husband simply said “Oct 1st is our 'projected' launch date” and my usual response was “so soon?”. Now that we are here, I believe the Lord is totally directing the Oct 1st launch date and He uses our simple little yes’s and simple little desires to lead us, I love Him so, Thank You God for Always Leading Well.

So we walk by faith and not by sight.

We said yes in faith with only a small portion of committed support. After we took more steps to say yes, more came in to cover my two main requests that I was asking Him about. He hears us and answered my prayer, thank you Lord. We still have about 45% to go to cover monthly expenses. If you are wanting to give but desire more information, please let me know.

I am patient in the process because God is not in a hurry. God is so perfect and patient and present.

I do believe we are still journeying with a marathon pace and not a sprint. I take time to rest in Him. When things are uncomfortable, I do not rush through to the next thing but I take time to be with Him to receive all He has for me now. Savoring the moments, down to the last drop, because He is Good and Present in every moment. It is good to rest and be present here and now. I hunger and thirst for more of Him.
